We opened our BBQ Joint in February of 2007. Since then, it's become one of Michigan's
premier destination spots for folks in search of a real barbeque.
It isn't anything fancy; it's very similar to the BBQ joints that our owner, Dan Huntoon frequented
when he was working on the ranch down in Texas. It's cool in the Winter and warm in the Summer
but the great food more than makes up for its inadequate heating and air conditioning. There
are twenty-four seats in the "dining room" and thirty-two more outside on the picnic tables
overlooking our scenic gravel parking lot.
